Finding a Contractor Qualified to Perform Backfill
This list is provided for convenience only, and the contractors are not endorsed or preferred by 西班牙&E. This is not a complete list of contractors who are qualified. Any contractor with a valid Veriforce Field Verification Report (FVR) with the appropriate Backfilling qualifications is qualified to perform the backfill. Contractors must provide this verification upon request and keep a copy on the job site at all times.
Finding a Contractor Qualified to Perform Standby Lineman Services
Contractors on this list (link) are approved by 西班牙&E as qualified electrical workers (QEW) for the performance of Standby Lineman Services in accordance with California Administrative Code – Title 8 Industrial Relations 安全 Orders – sections 2940, 2946, and 2948 and California Government Code section 4216.
The minimum clearances below apply to all persons who are not QEW authorized by 西班牙&致力于或接近可持续发展目标&E拥有高压导体.
Overhead Transmission Conflicts (69kv and above): Workers must maintain a radial clearance of at least 20英尺 or adhere to the minimum clearance distances specified in CALOSHA Section 5003.1 .工人和设备. This applies to all individuals who are not QEW approved by 西班牙&E.
Overhead Distribution Conflicts (600V – 50KV): Workers or objects not supported by boom-type equipment must maintain a radial clearance of at least 10英尺 高压导体. 臂架式起重或起重设备, 包括负载, must maintain a horizontal distance of at least 20英尺 高压导体. This applies to all individuals who are not QEW approved by 西班牙&E.
